How To Become a Positive Person

Our life is full of chaos. At any point of time, we all go through some type of challenges. It can be illness or health related, work pressure in office, break-ups etc.

All these events fill us with negativity. 

And don't forget about the daily news that spread across social media about the dire situation we're in. They all spread so much of negativity, it becomes hard to stay positive in such environment.

In this post, I'll share some of the useful tips to become a positive person during these hard times.


1. Take a few moments in the morning and stay calm and try to meditate for a while. Feel the calmness, stay in the present moment, don't think about past events or any future plan while meditating.

2. Go out in nature, hear the sound of birds, take some morning sunlight, fell the soothing morning breeze. See the surrounding trees, feel the beauty of flowers, leaves and fruits.

3. Start journaling your thoughts and whatever happened last day.

4. Write 3 gratitude for which you are thankful.

5. Do a little bit of body stretching in the morning. Some easy yoga poses can be a great idea.

6. If you go through a rough patch in life, always see the brighter side of things rather than focusing on negative aspects.

Let's say if you have been laid off, it is surely not a great feeling, but till you get new job, you'll have a lot of free time to learn new skills, meet family and friends or just relax. Think like that.
